Karen Worstell
Karen Worstell is a highly respected information security leader, and was until recently, Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Microsoft Corporation.
As Microsoft's CISO, Karen was responsible for securing Microsoft's information assets worldwide. She joined Microsoft in early 2005, and led policy development and deployment, IT governance, system security analysis and engineering, assessment and compliance, investigations, and the Security Center of Excellence.
Prior to joining Microsoft, Karen was the VP of IT Risk Management and CISO for AT&T Wireless (now Cingular) where she played a key role in the successful implementation of general computer controls for Sarbanes-Oxley.
Karen's 20 years of information security experience spans the government classified and commercial sectors.
Before joining AT&T Wireless she led the Security practice for SRI Consulting and its spin-off, Atomic Tangerine, where she assisted clients with opportunity analysis for information security start-ups, led product development and security research on emerging trends, and consulted with global Fortune 500 and government customers in the U.S., Singapore and Europe.
She has also served in senior information security roles at Bank of America, Boeing Defense and Space, Boeing Research and Technology, and Union Carbide Corporation. She served one term on the Computer Systems Security and Privacy Advisory Board of the U.S. Department of Commerce.
Karen holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Chemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Washington, and a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Pacific Lutheran University. She is a Certified Information Security Manager.
Chuck Packard
Chuck Packard is a highly skilled, veteran business strategist, and was until recently, Chief Financial Officer and Vice Chairman of the Board of former U.S. Ambassador to Spain and U.S. Billionaire George Argyros Sr., and the Argyros Family Interests.
As Chief Financial Officer and Vice Chairman of the Board for George Argyros and the Argyros Family Interests, his successes included the acquisition, operation and sale of Major League Baseball's Seattle Mariners, AirCal and TicketMaster Northwest in addition to numerous real estate acquisitions, development and property management projects.
Mr. Packard has over 30 years of experience in a wide variety of industries including professional sports, airlines, internet-based purchasing systems, real estate and financial services. He has also served as COO of numerous internet and financial services entities, and has served on numerous Boards of Directors for charitable and public, as well as private business entities.
Mr. Packard holds a Bachelor's Degree and Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Toledo.
Alan Fudge
Alan Fudge is the Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Quest Software (NASD: QSFT), responsible for the company's global sales force located in 27 countries across the world.
Prior to joining Quest Software, Alan Fudge was the President and CEO of GuardianEdge Technologies, where he was responsible for leading the company's strategic direction while overseeing day-to-day operations.

Prior to his leadership role at GuardianEdge, Mr. Fudge was Executive Vice President of Worldwide Field Operations at VMware, an independent subsidiary of EMC, where he was responsible for the company's sales, professional services, field marketing and global channels. Before that, he held executive positions at BEA Systems, Objectspace and IBM. While at IBM, Mr. Fudge led the Tivoli Americas sales, systems engineering and professional services organizations, a 900-member team that delivered more than $950 million in annual revenue.
Alan Fudge holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from St. Edward's University in Texas.

Jay Foreman is Senior Vice President and General Manager for North America at Sybase, where he leads a 350 strong sales team, and is responsible for over $500M in annual revenue generation for Sybase in North America.

Mr. Foreman has spent the last 18 years managing direct sales, OEM sales, operations and channel management in enterprise software.
Prior to GuardianEdge Technologies Mr. Foreman served as Vice President and General Manager of Worldwide Sales and Partner Operations at BEA Systems. During his four years at BEA, Mr. Foreman expanded the company's worldwide OEM and channel sales activities and extended strategic partnerships with major independent software vendors, systems integrators and other alliance partners.
Prior to joining BEA, Mr. Foreman was in charge of worldwide sales and business development for DataChannel, which was acquired by Netegrity. He also built the western field operations team for New Era of Networks (NEON), which was acquired by Sybase.
