Our Background

Over 85% of IT infrastructures worldwide, including those of virtually every government and business institution, run on Microsoft's Windows Server platform, and at the very foundation of security in these infrastructures lies Active Directory.

Paramount Defenses was established by former Microsoft Program Manager for Active Directory Security and operates under the guidance of a distinguished Advisory Board, led by Microsoft's former Chief Information Security Officer.

Today, Paramount Defenses is one of only five ISVs in the world recognized by Microsoft Corporation as a valuable partner in the mission-critical directory services based identity and access management space.

The need to precisely know who has access to what IT resources is an essential risk management capability that is paramount to security. As paramount and as essential as it is, this elemental infosec capability is non–existent today.
