We are establishing our inside sales team and are looking to hire highly motivated self-starters in our Senior Sales Executive role.

We are looking for world–class individuals to join our global sales team and play an instrumental role in helping us deliver our innovative, Microsoft-endorsed, Gold Finger solution to over 20,000 organizations.

You will be a member of an elite global team of highly experienced and motivated business professionals, and will be expected to perform with laser-focused execution and deliver swift, substantial and consistent results, and enjoy handsome rewards.
You will have the opportunity to work the full sales cycle, from prospecting and establishing relationships to closing deals and customer follow-ups in a business to business sales environment. You will have the added advantage of starting with hundreds of solid global pre-qualified leads that could help you close a substantial number of deals in short order.
The ideal candidate will be expected to gain a masterful understanding of our Gold Finger solution's unique value proposition, reach out to and establish relationships with a sizeable number of potential customer organizations (pre-qualified leads), efficiently and effectively communicate our value proposition and manage and drive the sales process forward to ultimately result in swift customer acquisitions.
In our highly exciting, fast-paced global sales environment, with your excellent inter-personal, communication and sales skills, you will establish lasting relationships with key corporate and government decision-makers, communicating the value proposition of our solutions, responding to requests and preparing quotes, and negotiating high-value deals while championing the company's values and providing outstanding customer service at all times.
Primary responsibilities include –
- Conducting complete sales cycles and achieving assigned time-bound sales quotas
- Establishing contact and relationships with pre-qualified organizational sales leads
- Communicating a well-articulated solution value proposition to potential customers
- Developing and presenting customized sales proposals to potential customers
- Coordinating any pre-sales support efforts with our pre-sales support team
- Successfully and swiftly closing sales in a timely manner
The ideal candidate will possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Business, and have at least three years of successful and verifiable quota carrying technical software sales experience at a reputed organization.
The candidate must also possess an adequate and demonstratable understanding of technologies such as Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory and Exchange, and demonstrate a basic understanding of computer networks, information security, and risk management.
