Your mission will be to establish a successful global marketing and sales strategy, and put together and lead a highly effective sales and marketing team with laser focused execution to swiftly accomplish the task of delivering our Gold Finger solution to the 20,000+ organizations worldwide that need it today. As the company grows, your mission will expand to include the successful delivery of additional innovative solutions.
You will have the freedom to make strategic decisions, the resources to hire the best talent, direct access to a wealth of insightful information and tools, and above all an adequate financial budget to ensure your success.
Your challenge will be to successfully combine and apply the wealth of your talent and experience with the strength of our resources and differentiators to deliver our innovative solutions to a global organizational customer base with unmatched execution. You will report to the CEO and substantially impact the company.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing a successful global sales and marketing strategy
- Putting together and leading a highly effective sales and marketing team
- Establishing parameters and milestones to measure the success of the strategy
- Successfully leading the execution of the company's global sales and marketing strategy
At the end of the day, you will be responsible for ensuring that the collective efforts of your team result in the successful and timely delivery of our innovative solutions to a global organizational customer base.

At a minimum, the candidate must posses the following demonstrable experience / skills -

- A minimum of 7 years of work experience
- Successful business development experience
- Successful experience working in early-stage companies
- Successful channel and partner development and relationship management experience
- Successful (preferably security) software sales execution and management experience
- Highly successfully software sales/marketing team building and leadership experience
- Superlative ability to develop a successful sales and marketing strategy for an early-stage company
- Superlative ability to lead, supervise, perform and excel at all times, without direct supervision
- Superlative ability to think on one’s feet, thrive under pressure, and rapidly adapt to change
- Sufficient breadth and preferably depth of relevant technologies in the IT security field
- A Masters Degree (highly preferred), or a Bachelor’s degree with sufficient experience
- Excellent leadership, collaboration, communication and management skills
- Ability to travel, if needed
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a demonstrated sales/marketing leadership and people management experience in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment. He/she has outstanding experience in software sales, demonstrated leadership in cross-functional team environments, sound decision-making skills, strong analytical, business and organizational skills, a good understanding of the information security space, superlative abilities to manage and build successful sales and marketing teams, excellent oral and written communications skills, and strong project management skills. Above all he/she must be passionate about work, take pride in ownership, provide admirable leadership and be committed to ensuring the success of the mission.
